Exemplary City Project

Exemplary City is our new project, launched in 2012. It consists of 435 single-story houses, each built on 210 square meters of land.  

In addition, the project includes 133 residential units spread across 11 buildings, each with three floors and covering 500 square meters. Each building contains 12 residential units, with each unit measuring approximately 100 square meters.
