The Slemani New Terminal is being developed on the main Sulaymaniyah-Tasluja road, covering an area of 500,000 square meters. It is a strategic project for the Kurdistan Region and consists of three main sections: Auto Show, Industrial Zone, and Sulaymaniyah Garage.  

The project features a wide avenue and a strong emphasis on green spaces, with 20% of the area dedicated to greenery.
